The team were very good with my daughter.
They visit her at home. Dr Millward is very good at getting her to open up but it would be nice to see him more often.

There was an aggressive patient in reception - the receptionist left to get someone - 2 people (Julie and Genllond) walked through saw him yelling at me and carried on through. The man doing the water machine walked away leaving me alone with the angry patient. He got very abusive verbally then stormed off.

The building isn't very inviting.
Maybe more color?
Smilier people/staff.
Receptionists look a bit sad.
